Nicotine Free is a WhatsApp-based AI-assisted nicotine cessation program. The service offers a structured 35-day coaching program where the AI coach Niko supports the user in quitting nicotine.
The service is not a healthcare service and does not replace the care or advice of a doctor, therapist, or other healthcare professional.
Discovery (Days 1–5): Free trial period. The user does not quit nicotine during this phase.
Freedom Program (Days 6–35): Paid coaching program. Price: €27 (one-time payment, launch offer; normal price €49.99). Includes daily coaching, morning and evening messages, and unlimited chat support with Niko.
Maintenance (Day 36+): Optional continued support. Price: €9.99/month. Can be cancelled at any time.
Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, but changes will not affect programs already purchased.
Payment is made in advance before the paid phase begins. Accepted payment methods are displayed at the time of payment. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the Freedom Program purchase, in accordance with applicable distance selling legislation. The withdrawal period begins on the date of purchase.
To withdraw, send an email to hello@nicotinefree.life. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.
If the user has begun active use of the program (Day 6+) during the withdrawal period, a proportional amount corresponding to the time used may be deducted from the refund.
The Maintenance subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Freedom Program includes one free restart after a relapse. A second restart costs €14.
The user can pause the program at any time by notifying Niko on WhatsApp. During a pause, no messages will be sent. The program can be resumed later from where it was left off.
The Niko coach is AI-powered (Claude AI by Anthropic). Niko is not a human and is not a healthcare professional. Advice provided by Niko does not constitute medical advice.
Niko does not recommend medications or nicotine replacement therapy, and does not take a stance on the use of other substances.
If the user experiences health symptoms, they are encouraged to contact a healthcare professional.
The service provider does not guarantee that the user will successfully quit nicotine. Quitting is an individual process and the outcome depends on many factors.
The service provider is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost income or other financial losses. The service provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service.
The service is provided "as is". The service provider strives to offer the service without interruption but does not guarantee continuous availability.
The content of the service, including program structure, methodology, and visual design, is the property of the service provider. The user is granted the right to use the service for personal use.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation.
Consumers have the right to refer disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of changes via WhatsApp message at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
